Justin joined Dalton Carpet One in 2005 and has enjoyed working here all these years, because everyone on the DCO team strives to help each other constantly grow and get better. He enjoys developing business relationships with his builder clients, gaining understanding and trust so they can both be successful, and enjoys the partnerships that often turn into friendships. He truly cares about his clients and is always working to make sure the project execution is flawless. His favorite part of his job is seeing a project evolve from a blank canvas to a completed home or business. Justin says he gets so much satisfaction from knowing a customer is happy and excited to move into their new home.
