Andrew has held various positions at Dalton Carpet One since he joined the team in 2004. He has been a long-time Account Manager for our Builder clients, he was the Store Manager for our Lake Oconee location; and he was promoted to his current role as the Sales Manager with our Builder Division in 2018. As our Sales Manager, Andrew is constantly training our Account Managers to help them improve and grow; He analyzes past performances to determine what new tools and techniques we should implement, and he thrives on working with his team to solve any challenges that may arise. Andrew gained his diverse experience early on while working with his father from the age of ten, which he continued to do until a few years after he graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Business Management. First and foremost, Andrew identifies himself as a Christian, which is the most important decision he’s ever made. Andrew is also blessed by his wife and their seven — yes, seven — children.
