How do I know how much material I’ll need?
Once you begin working with one of our Interior Designers, we will come to your home and measure the space you’re wanting to renovate. When our team measures your home, we’re ensure we’ll order the proper amount of material, as well as address any unique features in the space. We do have a Square Footage Calculator you can use to initially gauge how large the space if that you plan to update.
Do you offer financing?
Absolutely! We offer several financing options through Synchrony. Speak with your consultant about the best solution for you or click here for more information.
Do I need an appointment?
While we encourage appointments, you do not have to have one to work with one of our designers. By scheduling an appointment with a specific designer you are ensuring one-on-one time that allows us to focus on you and your project, though, you are always welcome to come in during store hours and someone will be happy to assist you.
How long is my project going to take?
Every new project is unique. Depending on materials selected, availability, installation scheduling, and other variables, your project could take anywhere from 2-10 weeks. Flooring alone is roughly a two-week turnaround. A bathroom or kitchen remodel could take approximately 10 weeks, but most of that is downtime waiting on cabinet material to arrive. The average time it takes for a kitchen or bath remodel is 5-7 business days when installers are onsite. Your designer will discuss the specifics and what to expect for your individual project.
Can you provide 3D renderings like we see on home renovation television shows?
Yes! Our very talented designers can provide you with multiple views and options for your remodel. We even have a dedicated room in each of our showrooms specifically designed for your own personal viewing party of your new project.
Do I need a contractor?
It depends. Based on the scope of your project, you may or may not need a contractor. We do not offer plumbing or electrical services, so if your project has a DCO Project Manager we are happy to coordinate both for you. Some aspects of a remodel, such as moving a wall, are outside our area of expertise, and we are happy to recommend a contractor for you.
Is this in stock?
We keep very little material in stock at our warehouses, but we are happy to check availability of your selected materials at our vendor mills. We can give you a good idea of lead time based on manufacturer and shipping schedules.
