Director of Human Resources

Jamie joined our team in 2020 and comes to us after working eight years as a Human Resources Director. While attending Capella University, majoring in Human Resources Management, Jamie obtained two designations Certified PHR and SHRM-CP. She serves on the Board of Directors of a local Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Chapter and is recognized by SHRM national. Jamie brings over 15 years of progressive, notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, training & development and Certified 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Management Coaching. Jamie enjoys working at DCO because she admires how the company leaders seek mutual benefit in all human interactions which aligns with our Core Purpose of how to “Make it Easy.” Jamie uses her strong business acumen, formal education and unparalleled experience to affect positive change within companies, like DCO. Jamie and her husband, Andrew, have two daughters and one son, and she enjoys spending time on the soccer field and traveling internationally with her family.
