Corporate Buyer

Kristine joined Dalton Carpet One in 2004 and has served in various roles over the years, including Merchandising and Marketing Manager. Today, Kristine is our Chief Product Officer and serves as a liaison to our suppliers, sourcing all products and material, analyzing product performances, and forecasting material needs as the market and customers dictate. Before she started at DCO, Kristine worked for The Gap and Levi Strauss, serving as a Manager and Merchandising Coordinator. She also worked for Macy’s Department Stores as an Assistant Buyer, an Associate Buyer, and a Regional Merchandising Manager. Kristine remembers attending her first Flooring Convention with DCO when a man she had been introduced to had jokingly warned her that the Flooring Industry will suck you in and you will never leave. Well, here she is all these years later, so we guess he was right! Kristine says it’s very rewarding to be part of a locally owned company that has developed a foundation to allow for growth throughout the years. She is proud that though we are a much larger organization today, both in size and volume, our values and commitment to the community remains the same. Kristine has enjoyed being a part of the Dalton Carpet One team and the Industry, as she has gained many valuable friendships over the years.
