Service Department Manager
Rob is originally from Brooklyn, New York and was introduced to the flooring industry at an early age through his family’s ceramic tile contracting business. He gained experience in recruiting installers, retaining crews, and managing employees to exceed customer expectations in previous positions. Rob joined the Dalton Carpet One team in 2014 as our Tile Installation Manager and in 2015 was promoted to our Service Department Manager. In this role, Rob and his team ensure our clients are taken care of at every step of their project from the time they have selected products with their designer until the last installer leaves their home. One thing that Rob found really important when deciding to join the Dalton Carpet One team is its Core Purpose and Values. His particular favorite is “Always get Better” because he feels it ultimately helps us serve customers and it serves everyone who lives out that valu, both professionally and personally.
