Customer Service
When it comes to addressing warranty issues, we’ve made it simple for your buyers to reach out to us. With a dedicated email for all customer inquiries, they can easily send us photos of any issues they encounter, and we’ll respond within 48-72 hours to provide a timely resolution. Plus, we make sure to provide our Care & Maintenance information for their closing documents, so they have everything they need at their fingertips.
If you recognize an issue prior to closing that we need to address, please use the dedicated email address to describe the issue with pictures. Our goal is to provide a resolution of the issue within 4-5 business days. We understand the importance of addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a seamless closing process.
Warranty
With a comprehensive one-year warranty starting from the date of closing, your buyers can rest assured that their investment is protected. However, it’s essential to note that our warranty is invalidated if the issue is due to improper maintenance, abuse, or other factors beyond normal wear and tear. We also provide guidance on common maintenance tasks, such as grout and caulk upkeep, to help homeowners maintain their new floors.
In newly constructed homes, high moisture levels in concrete slabs are common. While this isn’t the responsibility of the flooring contractor, we offer Rh moisture testing for an additional fee to ensure proper installation.
